They have a wall thickness of .076 inches and a double reinforced lip around the bottom of the wall where the powder is loaded. The bottom is .25 inches thick. In our opinion these hulls are heavier duty, longer lasting, and thicker than the used military hulls we have seen and tested. |

This Kit contains everything you need to make ten flying fish fuse, 37mm firework Projectiles. Contains 10 large fused payload cups, ten cardboard disks, ten feet of crackling fuse (incredibly noisy) , twenty feet of flying fish fuse ( two ten foot pieces each a different color), 10 rubber bands and instructions on constructing your projectiles. These special fuse types are cut into one inch lengths and act identical to firework stars. It creates a bright burst of color with loud crackling similar to a firework mortar shell.

This Payload cup works with our aluminum cases. It holds your payload similar to a shotgun wad. Available for our 2 and 3 inch aluminum hulls. You will need the powder bushings to use this product. The cup sits on top of the bushing. |

This fused payload cup can be used to make homemade smoke rounds and Pepper Gas Rounds. The fuse is molded into the plastic. This cap has multiple uses. You can use it to seal the top of the fused payload cup for smoke/pyrotechnic rounds or Flip it over and it caps the payload cup for dispersal type rounds. |

This bushing sits on the bottom of our aluminum cases. You will need to rubber cement or hot glue it to the bottom. You will get several shots out of each one. It holds the power directly over the primer for maximum efficiency. When filled to the top it holds APPROXIMATELY75-80 grains of fff black powder. |

One Pound of Bentonite clay. This clay comes as a fine tan powder, once compressed with a hammer it becomes hard as a rock. This clay can be used to plug the end of 37mm tubes. I use it in place of the plugs in the smoke bomb builder kit. It insures a perfect seal. |
